One of our members grew up in the coffee plantations of Coorg, a region in India known for its coffee production. Her deep-rooted love for coffee inspired her to explore different roasting techniques and blend profiles. Another member of our team has been in the coffee roasting business for generations and has inherited the art of roasting and blending from their family.

Our team has a unique blend of expertise that has helped us create the perfect coffee blend that is a combination of traditional and modern techniques. One of our founding members, who is based out of Dallas, USA, has always been a coffee lover with a keen interest in exploring different coffee blends. However, they were particularly fond of the chicory blend coffee that they had growing up drinking in Coorg, India.

When they moved to Dallas, they were excited to explore the local coffee scene and find the perfect chicory blend coffee. However, they were disappointed to find that most of the coffee blends available in the local market did not meet their expectations. They realized that the chicory blend coffee that they were used to drinking was not readily available in the local market.

Frustrated with the lack of good quality chicory blend coffee in the market, they decided to team up with the other coffee enthusiasts to create a blend that was authentic and true to its roots. After several months of experimentation, they finally came up with the perfect blend of sustainably sourced coffee beans and premium chicory that brought back the memories of the authentic chicory blend coffee from Coorg. This led to the birth of Coorg Brew.
